Which Apps This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to every mobile game published by SHB Studio Games ("we", "us") on Google Play and the Apple App Store — including all current and future titles (each, "the App"). It is written to cover our games as a whole, so it stays accurate as we release new ones.

The single exception is Nova Poker, which offers user accounts and is therefore governed by its own Nova Poker Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

The games covered by this policy do not require account creation or login, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or location. The App may process the following:

Gameplay data stored on your device: your progress and preferences — such as in-game currency, unlocked or purchased items, scores, level, and your chosen language. This data is saved locally on your device and is not sent to us.

Advertising identifiers: our games display ads (banner, interstitial and rewarded ads) served through Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, AdMob collects and shares your device's advertising ID and related technical device data. This is the only category of data that leaves your device.

Purchase data: if you buy something in a game (for example in-game currency, ad removal or a VIP upgrade), the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment details.

Advertising

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time from your device settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

Audience

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed primarily at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Limited technical data may be shared with:

Google AdMob (advertising)

Google Play / Apple App Store (purchases, app distribution)

Data Retention & Deletion

Gameplay data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device settings. Where a game offers it, you can also reset your progress from its in-game settings. To stop the sharing of your advertising ID, reset or delete it in your device settings as described above.
